Kanye has to be the most talked about, controversial, and possibly one of the most outspoken rappers in hip hop. Whether you love or you hate him, Kanye is one of the most influential creatives of this generation. Everything from producing some of the greatest hits like Gold digger, Heartless, Mercy, and the list goes on. Transitioning into fashion with his Yeezy line and selling out within seconds of every new product drop.
In 2016 Kanye released his third installation of YEEZY Season at Madison Square Garden. With over 20,000 attendees in New York and countless more tuned in to live streams around the world for a first look at Kanye West’s latest fashion musings, which were presented alongside the debut of Kanye West’s forthcoming studio album The Life of Pablo.
Although many people view Kanye as a villain, I strongly believe he inspires many in so many ways. He’s bold, creative, and not afraid to be his own person. I know we all say we miss the old Kanye but he’ll be known forever as a creative genius that not everyone agreed with! BUT I love Kanye.
I miss the old Kanye, straight from the ‘Go Kanye
Chop up the soul Kanye, set on his goals Kanye
I hate the new Kanye, the bad mood Kanye
The always rude Kanye, spaz in the news Kanye
I miss the sweet Kanye, chop up the beats Kanye
I gotta to say, at that time I’d like to meet Kanye
See I invented Kanye, it wasn’t any Kanyes
And now I look and look around and there’s so many Kanyes
I used to love Kanye, I used to love Kanye
I even had the pink Polo, I thought I was Kanye
What if Kanye made a song, about Kanye?
Called “I Miss The Old Kanye,” man that’d be so Kanye
That’s all it was Kanye, we still love Kanye
And I love you like Kanye loves Kanye
